What I’ve Built
I’m Juni (Carrie) Avritt-Friend — performer, producer, and the creative director behind House of Beurre LLC. This page collects real work: websites I’ve built and manage, events I’ve produced, brands I’ve developed, and social content I’ve planned and created. I’m available for content creation, social media management, brand development, and event production coordination. If something here resonates, let’s talk.
Brand Work
The Freudian Slips Experience — Website
I built and maintain the website for The Freudian Slips Experience, the burlesque and variety collective I co-produce. Responsibilities include full site architecture, all copywriting, image curation, and ongoing content management — including a live countdown, ticketing integration, performer bios, show archive, and a full sponsorship page with tiered packages. Built on WordPress.com Premium using a customized Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

House of Beurre — Website
House of Beurre is my umbrella creative brand — and this site is a live example of what I build. I designed the full site structure, wrote all copy, developed the brand identity, and continue to manage and update it. The site houses four distinct sub-brands — The Ami Stage, Beurre-fection Arts, Bread n’ Butter, and a working act list for producers and bookers — each with its own page, voice, and purpose. Built on WordPress.com Premium.

Brand Kit
House of Beurre brand kit. Full color palette (Soft Black #1E1E1E, Deep Roast #4A2A1A, Bread Brown #8B3F1F, Butter Gold #F4B73F, Mustard #D4991A, Vivid Blue #0E4BAD, Cream #F6F1E8, Warm White #FDFAF4), typography system (Playfair Display + Poppins), and a mock post example demonstrating applied brand voice. Developed in Canva Pro.

Event Production
I’m the founding producer of The Freudian Slips Experience, Albuquerque’s premier burlesque and variety showcase. I handle production logistics, performer coordination, promotional strategy, press outreach, and audience development alongside a co-producer team of four. That includes calendar and media submissions across multiple local outlets, influencer outreach, Meta ad strategy, email marketing, and a full show program zine.
The Freudian Slips Experience has produced 10 shows since 2023, with productions held at: The Painted Lady Bed & Brew, Public House Wine Bar, Mama & The Girls Dispensary and The Albuquerque Social Club (SOCH).
